14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Order Cancellations: Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the shipment has been dispatched.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Please do not send items back to us without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at bkkeraplex@gmail.com right away. Video evidence of the unboxing is required to evaluate the issue and ensure we make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are non-returnable.

Broken Seal: Broken Seal items.

Used Items: if once a product open that can't be returned.
Exchanges
To receive a new item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your current item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Processing: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
